About the Role:

As the Assistant Brand Manager for Kinder Chocolate USA, you’ll play a key role in driving brand growth, innovation, and consumer engagement. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where your ideas and contributions will make a real impact. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage exciting projects, and help bring joy to millions of consumers through strategic brand initiatives.

This position is hybrid, and will be based out of our North American HQ in Parsippany, NJ.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market and brand analysis to support strategic planning
  • Track and report on brand performance, identifying key insights and opportunities
  • Lead and manage projects from planning through execution and post-launch evaluation
  • Develop compelling presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Interpret consumer research (qualitative and quantitative) to inform brand decisions
  • Monitor competitive activity and assess its impact on the business
  • Manage packaging and artwork development processes
  • Support and execute consumer activation plans and manage organic social media channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal) to align on brand initiatives
  • Coordinate with external partners such as design and research agencies
  • Drive seasonal business initiatives and contribute to long-term portfolio development
  • Support global team interactions and ensure alignment with global brand strategy
  • Handle ad hoc reporting and tasks to support the Senior Brand Manager

Who we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (Master’s a plus)
  • 1–3 years of experience in CPG brand marketing
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Experience with consumer data tools (e.g., IRI, Nielsen)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for brand building
  • Experience with packaging development and exposure to P&L management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge a plus
  • Foreign language skills (Spanish or Italian) are a bonus
