We are seeking a talented and motivated Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom solutions within Dynamics 365 Business Central to meet the specific needs of our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the system is optimized, scalable, and aligned with business requirements.

Role & Responsibilities

Development & Customization:

* Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using AL language for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
* Customize standard Business Central functionality to meet the needs of the business while ensuring long-term supportability and performance.
* Develop extensions, reports, and integrations with third-party systems.

System Maintenance & Upgrades:

* Ensure that the Dynamics 365 BC environment is maintained, updated, and optimized.
* Manage system upgrades and ensure compatibility with existing customizations.
* Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.

*

Collaboration & Communication:

* Collaborate with functional consultants and end-users to gather and define business requirements.
* Communicate technical solutions clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Provide support to users in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Business Central.

Integration & Optimization:

* Integrate Business Central with external systems and platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM, E-commerce).
* Optimize the overall performance of the Dynamics 365 BC platform by ensuring it meets business demands and scalability requirements.

Testing & Documentation:

* Develop and execute unit and integration tests to ensure the reliability of customizations and enhancements.
* Document customizations, configurations, and integration processes for future reference.

Compliance & Best Practices:

* Follow industry best practices for Dynamics 365 BC development, ensuring high-quality, maintainable code.
* Ensure compliance with security and data governance standards.

Skills & Qualifications

*

Education:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

*

Experience:

* Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central development (preferably 2+ years).
* Strong experience in AL language for developing extensions and customizations.
* Experience with Business Central APIs and integrations with external systems.
* Familiarity with SQL and SQL Server.
* Experience with Azure DevOps for source control, build, and release management is a plus.

Skills:

* Proficiency in AL language for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
* Strong understanding of Business Central architecture, including tables, pages, codeunits, reports, and queries.
* Knowledge of application lifecycle management, version control, and deployment methodologies.
* Familiarity with Power BI and other reporting tools for Business Central is a plus.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Certifications (Preferred but not required):

* Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Development.
