Job Description

HHP Inc. is currently looking for a dedicated and hardworking 1st Shift Pallet Fabricator to join our team at our Henniker, New Hampshire, pallet shop operation. Our facility, conveniently located just off Routes 202 and 89, includes a hardwood sawmill, pallet shop, and paper-quality chipping plant. We are seeking skilled pallet fabricators. Ideal candidates will have experience in carpentry and working with power tools, with a strong emphasis on safety. Proficiency in reading blueprints and carpentry skills are a plus.

**Responsibilities:**
- Build and assemble wood pallets using various tools and equipment.
- Accurately read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and design plans to understand pallet requirements and dimensions.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Demonstrate a positive work attitude.
- Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Work both independently and as part of a team.
- Accurately read and use a tape measure.
- Exercise good decision-making skills.
- Operate various sizes of nail guns and grinders.
- Organize and clean the work area regularly.

**Qualifications:**
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Capability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods, including bending, lifting, pulling, pushing, reaching, and walking.
- Strong work ethic and good communication skills.
- Familiarity with operating machinery in a production process.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Reliable transportation.
- Pre-employment physical required.

**Schedule:**
1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6 AM - 3 PM & Friday, 6 AM - 12 PM.
*Please note that shop floor production demands may extend the Monday-Thursday shift until 4 PM and Friday until 3 PM.

**Compensation**
$20 to $35 per hour based on experience.
