Job Description

Job Title: Process Engineer Job Summary: Responsible for analyzing manufacturing data to resolve production issues, improve process capability, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Ensures product and process integrity through standards implementation and regular audits. Key Responsibilities: + Improve process capability and identify critical process characteristics. + Conduct FMEA and implement countermeasures. + Develop TPM inspection content and manage process improvement projects. + Ensure compliance with Manufacturing Process Standards (MPS). + Perform process capability studies and audits. + Investigate and resolve process/product issues. + Optimize workstation layouts and validate process times. + Support product changes, trials, and quality audits. + Specify equipment/tooling and write rework procedures. + Train assembly teams on process updates. + Analyze production data (downtime, FTC, quality, TPM). + Lead cross-functional problem-solving meetings. Required Skills & Qualifications: + 3 years in automotive or related engineering. + Expertise in manufacturing/process engineering and continuous improvement. + Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills. + Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD preferred. + Excellent communication and teamwork. + German language skills a plus. $45-48/hr $6000 Monthly Per Diem 6 month Contract (could extend) Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $48.50 - $48.50/hr.
