Job Description

Responsibilities:

Responsible for maintaining & implementing methodologies that includes cost efficiency, continuous improvement on process, services, and safety across the operations.
Work with management to identify new process improvement opportunities in the areas of quality, cost, performance, and preventive and predictive maintenance.
Develop process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and productivity.
Review and update business procedures and documents based on project requirements.
Collaborate with business leaders in meetings to make recommendations on changes to improve efficiency and quality.
Utilize continuous improvement projects within operating companies to educate the organization on lean tools, processes, and knowledge to a higher performing continuous improvement culture..

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering
MBA in Finance is a plus
3+ years of experience improving manufacturing and related controlled process.
Proven history in improving supply chain efficiency
Formal Six Sigma training, Lean Manufacturing, or related methodologies.
100% bilingual written and verbal (Spanish & English)
