These roles require rich procurement experience, preferably in the services sector, including IT outsourcing, HR services, and consulting. The ideal candidates would be highly organized, strong negotiators, and experienced in strategic sourcing, project management, and partnering with stakeholders and legal teams.

What You Will Do

  • Drive and execute Nike’s strategic sourcing process for indirect services, including rate card analysis and negotiation
  • Identify and deliver measurable savings opportunities through sourcing strategies like consolidation, moving SOWs to staff augmentation, and optimized payment terms
  • Guide business partners through all phases of the sourcing lifecycle while ensuring alignment with legal and finance
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and communicate sourcing strategy clearly and effectively
  • Use sourcing tools and analytics to measure value, report performance, and support decision-making

What You Will Work On

  • Lead sourcing initiatives across a variety of indirect services categories
  • Implement sourcing strategies that drive value and operational efficiency
  • Manage rate card evaluations, contract negotiations, and supplier relationships
  • Drive consolidation efforts and improve payment terms to optimize spend
  • Support transitions such as moving SOWs to staff augmentation models
  • Collaborate with legal and finance on contracting and risk management
  • Use spend data to uncover opportunities and report on sourcing performance

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience, or training
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Procurement, preferably in the services sector
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data
  • Proven negotiation, time management, and project management abilities
  • Collaborative mindset with strong influencing skills and a drive to deliver results
