Job Summary: We are currently seeking a dedicated Production Manager for our landscaping operations. In this key role, you will oversee the install functions of your assigned branch, ensuring that quality and cost-effective services are delivered to clients. You will collaborate closely with Account Managers to provide exceptional quality, customer service, efficient estimating, and effective budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that job site quality and appearance meet both client and company standards.
• Manage all landscape services, including coordination of materials, personnel, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Inspect properties before and after scheduled services, preparing action plans as necessary.
• Monitor and identify issues with irrigation systems, landscape health, insects, or diseases.
• Enforce company policies related to safety, equipment upkeep, storage, and training.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to identify staffing needs, hire crew members, and schedule daily work.
• Oversee employee training, development, counseling, and disciplinary actions.
• Provide hands-on training and support to crew members.
• Focus on safety standards and maintain safety records.
• Manage required paperwork and Aspire entries.
• Manage and mentor direct reports within your division.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 5-10 years of progressive landscaping industry experience, including at least two years in a leadership role.
• Bi-lingual communication skills are a plus.
