We’re Hiring: Senior TikTok Ads Manager at Sophie Society

Sophie Society is looking for elite performance marketers ready to dominate on TikTok, we're looking for a gun.

We’re building a powerhouse TikTok Paid Ads team. As our Senior TikTok Ads Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of high-potential eCommerce clients and lead the charge in launching and scaling profitable campaigns—especially leveraging Spark Ads and other advanced TikTok strategies.

What You’ll Do:
-Manage 10–35 active brand clients in a high-volume TikTok advertising portfolio
-Strategize and launch TikTok Spark Ads with cutting-edge, data-driven tactics
-Optimize campaigns toward ROAS and scale through iterative creative testing and trend-tapping
-Collaborate with media buyers and creative teams to maintain high-performing content pipelines
-Work directly with Amazon sellers and sync TikTok campaigns with Amazon launches (a major bonus!)

You Should Have:
-Proven experience managing TikTok Ads at scale (Spark Ads expertise is non-negotiable)
-Deep understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, trends, and user behavior
-Experience working with eCommerce brands, FMCG / DTC a plus
-Familiarity with syncing campaigns with Amazon launches is a strong plus
-Agency experience or ability to manage a large volume of client accounts
-Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, remote team environment
-Excellent communication skills
-Proactive, telling those around you what's next VS waiting to be told what to do
-Availability to take calls during US working hours

Compensation & Growth:
-Base Salary: $4,000–$6,000/month (depending on experience)
-Uncapped commission tied to portfolio performance (5-15k+ / per month in bonuses based on revenue tier performance)
