Overview of the Role
We are looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager to join our team and help client brands in the better-for-you CPG space enhance their engagement and drive sales through social and digital channels. You'll be a strategic leader with a deep understanding of paid media, data-driven insights, and optimization.

Above all, you'll be the expert who can communicate complex data and strategies clearly to clients.
Location: Remote or hybrid (2-3 days in-office if local to Chicago, IL)
Salary: $75,000 - $90,000, based on experience, qualifications, and skills

What You'll Do
Lead the strategy, development, and execution of campaigns across digital and social channels
Oversee all aspects of campaign setup, management, and optimization, including strategy, budget allocation, and creative asset coordination
Work closely with creative and strategy teams to refine creative, messaging, and targeting for campaigns
Manage and optimize paid campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and search engines to drive measurable results
Lead monthly reporting calls and internal meetings to share campaign insights and performance updates
Regularly update and maintain reporting dashboards with key insights
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to recommend improvements across channels
Conduct audits of paid media channels and implement best practices to enhance results
Stay ahead of industry trends, sharing insights and strategic recommendations with clients and internal teams
Provide ongoing recommendations to improve client sales, including website optimizations and email strategies
Demonstrate a proactive approach, taking responsibility for moving both client and agency objectives forward
What You Should Bring
Proven experience working with CPG brands
Expertise in managing budgets and campaigns across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client projects with minimal oversight
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A passion for digital and social media marketing
Deep knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO
Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Social Media, SEO) are a plus
A solid understanding of business and financial concepts, with the ability to connect sales goals to marketing efforts
You Will Stand Out If You Have
Experience with SEO in addition to social/digital marketing; retailer media experience is a plus
A knack for identifying new strategies and business opportunities with existing clients
Proven success contributing to new business development, proposals, and presentations
